A Juicy NEIPA brewed with Pilsner and Golden Promise as Base malts as well as Raw Oats, and Wheat to add mouth feel and Haze. Hops include Chinook for bittering and 3 different hop additions of Galaxy, Mosiac, and El Dorado. *Brewers note* The Tropical fruit aromas coming from this hop blend and the yeast used (Imperial A44) make this my favorite tank to clean after it's transferred!
A easy drinking but crisp Blonde brewed with Pilsner , Vienna, and Caramel for malt. Hops include Mt. Hood, Sterling and German Spalt in 3 different hop additions.
An easy light drinking Cream Ale brewed with Rice grown right here in North Florida at Congree & Penn. Malts are Pale and Crystal. Hops are Mt Hood for Bittering and Cascade hops grown in Florida as well.
Brewed in the style or English Nut Brown ales. Our's is Malt forward Brewed with Maris Otter and Oats for a base as well as Briess's Victory malt for nuttiness. Bittering hops are UK Challenger.
Our Oktoberfest is here! Brewed on a base of Pilsner , Vienna , and Munich malts. It's well balanced between malty sweet & hop bitterness. Hops are German Hallertau Magnum & Spalt with Sterling as the finshing hop. Released in Later September and currently on tap. Enjoy it while it lasts!
*Seasonal now on tap*. A slightly sour/salty wheat beer. Brewed with Jubilee Watermelons grown at the Florida Agricultural Museum & Sea Salt from right off the pier! (see the story on FB or IG) This is a great refreshing beer for blistering Sunshine on the water. Weather you're at the beach, springs, inlet, or 50 miles offshore!
We started with an Oatmeal Stout and added Cookie Malt, Molasses, Tahitian Vanilla Beans, Cocoa nibs, Cinnamon, Lactose, and a very special malt. Top yours with a roasted marsh mellow at the next "Beach Bonfire"!
A Strong and interesting farmhouse beer brewed for centuries in Finland. Our Base malt is Viking's Sahti Malt, and Rye with smoked malt reminiscente of brewing over open flames. We also use local Juniper Berries (also farm grown ones when in short supply) Definitely one to try!

American Wheat Beer brewed with Carrie and Keitt Mangoes Grown in Central Florida at BEST Mangoes Merritt Island! We use just over 12 lbs per BBL. Get it while it lasts. Great for a day at the Beach and perfect for a BBQ!
