A Finnish Farm House Ale that dates back to Middle Ages. Sahtis are brewed with a mix of raw & malted grains and Juniper. Ours is brewed with a spacial Sahti blend malt from Viking Malt, Smoked malt, and Juniper Berries.
Keeping the name but changing the hops and Grain bill. We simplified the grain bill with just Extra Pale Malt to let the hops take control of this one. We added Sabro & Bru-1 in 4 hop additions. See if you can pick out all the Tropical fruit notes from Pineapple, Coconut, to Tangerine. Even a little bit of Green Apple!
Our Classic American IPA Brewed with Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, and dry hopped with Amarillo. This IPA has a nice balance between sweet Malts (Pale, Caramael 75, and Munich) and Hop bitterness
A must for a cool nights. For the recipe I started with an Oatmeal Stout and added roasted Caraway seeds & Flaked Rye for spice and some Black strap Mollasses for some depth.
Surprisingly Smooth with hints of Banana & Clove. Don't let it fool you this one packs a punch. Brewed with Pilsner malt and Magnum hops
A easy drinking but crisp Blonde brewed with Pilsner , Munich, and Caramel malts. Hops include Mt. Hood, Sterling and German Spalt in 3 different hop additions.
Brewed with Rich Aromatic Munich Malt balanced with Florida grown Zeus Hops! It's an easy drinking thirst quencher. We also added locally grown Datil peppers . they add a nice flavor, aroma, and a little kick at the end!

American Cream Ale brewed with Corn and a touch of Vienna Malt for balance. Base of Pale Malt, bittering hops are Galena and finished with Sterling . Take a Crowler with you on your next fishing trip.
English Brown Ale brewed with Maris Otter, Victory, Special Roast, and Medium Crystal Malts and hopped with British E.K.G., Progress, and Fuggles. This is a malt forward semi- sweet brown that's a delight.
Crisp, Sour, and slightly salty. Perfect for the sand on a hot Summer day! Kettle soured with Florida Jubilee Watermelons and Sea Salt harvested from right off the Pier!

Recipe from Pravda in Lviv, Ukraine. Part of their Victory beer series. Brewed with Pilsner Malt, Wheat, and Sugar. Dry hopped with Saphire Hops. A portion of the proceeds go to Ukraine. Will be released on the 4th of July. Come taste the freedom!
