Our first Lager of the season! A malt forward German style Lager. Brewed with lots of Munich Malts. Perfect for a cooler weather!
Our first version of a Brut IPA. Brut IPAs use enzymes to make the wort highly fermentable resulting in a dry beer with very little malt character. This beer is all about the hops which we used Strata, and Idaho#7. Come try a sample and tell us what you think.
A Juicy NEIPA brewed with Pilsner and Golden Promise as Base malts as well as Raw Oats, and Wheat to add mouth feel and Haze. Hops include Chinook for bittering and 3 different hop additions of Galaxy, Mosiac, Citra, and El Dorado. *Brewers note* The Tropical fruit aromas coming from this hop blend and the yeast used (Imperial A44) make this my favorite tank to clean after it's transferred!
A must for a cold day. Brewed with Rye, Wheat, and Oats for an excellent mouth feel and Spiced with roasted Caraway seeds and Molasses for Pumpernikel Flavor. We use a small amount of Chinook which lends a clean bitterness on the back.
A easy drinking but crisp Blonde brewed with Pilsner , Munich, and Caramel malts. Hops include Mt. Hood, Sterling and German Spalt in 3 different hop additions.
Brewed in the style or English Nut Brown ales. Our's is Malt forward Brewed with Maris Otter and Oats for a base as well as Briess's Victory malt for nuttiness. Bittering hops are UK Challenger.
Brewed in the style of Belgian Saisons. True to the style no temperature control is used which allows the temperature to rise during fermentation creating the fruity, spicy, and peppery characteristics. Wild Muscadines are used (adding some extra "foxiness") from close to the old Lehigh Portland Cement Factory that used Coquina to make Cement.
*Seasonal now on tap* Kris Kringale is our spiced Christmas Ale. We started with an English Strong Ale and added Apple, Cinnamon, Vanilla Beans, Ginger Root, and Cocoa Nids. It starts our with notes of Caramel, and finishes tasting like Christmas!

American Cream Ale brewed with Corn and a touch of Vienna Malt for balance. Base of Pale Malt, bittering hops are Galena and finished with Sterling . Take a Crowler with you on your next fishing trip.
Our Belgian Dubbel brewed with Sorghum syrup grown by our brewer at the Florida Agricultural Museum. a Strong, dry ale with lots of malt character (from Special B) spicey/fruity finish with a hint of alcohol.

Our Belgian Witbier brewed with local Seville orange peels, White Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat, Pilsner Malt, and Grains of Paradise. An easy drinking wheat beer with a spicey finish.
Brewed with Cookie and Honey Malts for a graham cracker flavor as well as Mollasses. We also include Cocoa Nids, Lactose, and Vanilla Beans for the Milk Chocolate. Finally Extra Special malt adds hints or Toasted Marshmellow!
